State dimensions and units

Include final width and height, measurement units, ring or grid dimensions, and any trim requirements. Do not infer physical dimensions from a screenshot alone.

Provide authorized source files

Share editable artwork where available and a reference PDF. Mark logo placement, colors, language and revision number; TOPABEL will need to confirm file suitability for the project.

Review artwork and sample separately

A digital proof helps check layout. A physical sample is needed to assess material, mounting and print appearance. Record both approvals before a bulk order.
