A bulk target purchasing checklist
The details that make target quotations comparable and samples easier to evaluate.
Specify the product
List SKU or reference design, finished size, material, mounting method and intended use. Record whether quantities refer to individual sheets or packaged units.
Specify packaging and delivery
Provide inner-pack quantity, carton preferences, destination and required arrival date. Ask the supplier to confirm lead time and shipping terms in writing.
Define sample acceptance
Agree on size tolerance, print legibility, packing integrity and any use-specific checks before assessing a sample. Keep photos and a dated record for the final approval.
