Agree on what good looks like.
This is an evaluation method, not a claim of measured product performance.
Record the sample
Write down SKU, artwork revision, date, quantity and intended use. Photograph the sample and packaging before testing.
Check size, printing and mounting
Measure finished dimensions; inspect alignment and readability. Check mounting on the intended backer and record the actual conditions.
Report observations with conditions
Attach photos, note lighting, distance and backer type, and separate measured observations from preferences. Agree on acceptance criteria before approval.
